Gabe Kapler, the manager of the San Francisco Giants, will skip the national anthem after the Uvalde game
He told reporters, “I don’t plan on coming out for the anthem until I feel better about the future of our country.”

“I’m not going to come out for the anthem until I feel better about the direction of our nation,” Kapler said before the Giants’ game against the Cincinnati Reds on Friday.
